Maundy monday atbp.

The weather has been gloomy and erratic here in Palmy since saturday. And with it comes the unevitable -- the three of us are down with colds and cough. So last monday, we have to bring Tristan to see his GP.

Tristan has been a regular visitor of this clinic since he was 4 months old. Having an atopic dermatitis (eczema) made him famous among the nurses as well. What with the frequency (3x in a week!), how can the nurses miss my son's cuteness. :) Not to mention, he's also popular to the nearby pharmacy with all the applications/medicines we need to get.

That's beside the story. We've just been their last monday and while waiting for our presciption, Tristan was busily writing on this little wee desk to keep his boredom away.





Then, we have him tried to wear a pair of sunglasses. Trying to be cool...than his dad.



We just hope he gets well sooner.

On another note, Tristan has been attending a playgroup organized by Filipinos here at Palmy. He loves it there. Gives him time to socialize with other kids his age. It also gives me time to have a chat and catch up with other mums.

One of the toys he liked best is a movable boat-like vehicle. He loves the feeling that he's "driving" the thing. It has this wheels and stick. Took a photo of him driving this.


He seemed to be enjoying so much he didn't bother looking at me while taking his pic. :)

With that on-going, I have been thinking of enrolling him to an early childhood centre. There's one near our place and was able to inquire. Well, hopefully, we can attend to his first session this coming friday (fingers crossed). He easily gets bored now that he's so active.

Oh before I forget, funny thing. We're trying to capture the best-fit pic for his passport and we have to really get him to look straight at the camera. Alas, only one came through as such. and yet his mouth is open. I think we have to really see a professional photographer for this. Our trip is a month away and can't take chances.
