The afternoon winds are beginning to get cooler. Night is arriving earlier. Summer is almost over with March marching in (hhmmm...).

I think we had summer well spent on beaches and bar-b-que weekends. I am still so fascinated with the adventures we have in exploring Auckland's beautiful beaches. Much of this white sand and blue water beaches can be found north of Auckland.

One in particular is the Omaha beach. It takes about 2 hours to get there from where we live... and a winding rough road taking us to this breath-taking and relaxing sceneries.

Omaha beach is a paradise found.
